SugrivaX Cloud – Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Usage of SugrivaX Cloud Services is subject to this Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). This AUP is incorporated by reference into, and governed by, the SugrivaX ERP Subscription Agreement between you (Customer) and Hoysala International Growth Hub. Customers who are found to be violating these rules may see their subscriptions suspended without prior notice. Subscription fees will generally not be refunded.

1. Illegal or Harmful Use

You may not use SugrivaX Cloud Services for storing, displaying, distributing, or otherwise processing illegal or harmful content. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Illegal Activities: promoting unlawful trade, unlicensed gambling, child pornography, or any activities prohibited under Indian or applicable international law.
  • Fraudulent or Harmful Activities: schemes such as ponzi, phishing, false advertising, unauthorized financial services, or other deceptive practices.
  • Infringing Content: content that violates intellectual property rights of third parties.
  • Offensive Content: defamatory, obscene, abusive, invasive of privacy, or objectionable content, including content promoting hate or violence.
  • Malware & Harmful Code: viruses, worms, trojans, or similar malicious software.
  • Deceptive Links: misleading users to unsafe sites, click-farming, or exploiting SugrivaX’s reputation.
  • Spam Content: manipulative SEO spam, keyword stuffing, or publishing irrelevant content.

2. Email Abuse

You may not use SugrivaX Cloud to send or facilitate spam. Prohibited activities include:

  • Unsolicited Messages: bulk emails/messages without proper opt-in/consent.
  • Spoofing: forged headers, false sender identity, or impersonation.

3. Security Violations

You may not attempt to compromise SugrivaX Cloud systems. Prohibited activities include:

  • Unauthorized Access: accessing accounts or data without permission.
  • Security Research: penetration testing, scanning, or audits without written authorization.
  • Eavesdropping: intercepting data or communications that are not yours.
  • Social Engineering & Other Attacks: phishing, impersonation, or physical attacks.

4. Network and Services Abuse

You may not abuse or overload SugrivaX resources. Prohibited actions include:

  • DoS / Flooding Attacks that reduce service quality.
  • Unthrottled API Calls: sustained automated calls without rate limiting (allowed: max 1 call/second, no parallel calls unless otherwise authorized).
  • Overloading Systems: excessive storage, data processing, or “email bombing.”
  • Unmetered Storage: Each account includes 50 GB / 100 GB / 250 GB (as per plan) of storage. Accounts exceeding this limit may be required to upgrade to a higher plan or reduce usage.
  • Automated Crawling or Bots that impact availability.
  • Abusive Registrations: fake accounts, repeated signups, or registrations under false identities.

5. Data Backup and Retention

  • SugrivaX Cloud performs automated weekly backups of customer data.
  • Backups are retained for 30 days from the date of creation.
  • Customers are encouraged to maintain their own secondary backups for additional redundancy.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Hoysala International Growth Hub shall not be held liable for service interruptions, data loss, or customer misuse arising from violations of this AUP.

5. Updates & Amendments

Hoysala International Growth Hub (“Provider”) reserves the right to update, modify, or amend this Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) at any time. The latest version will be posted at https://www.hoysalainternational.com/blog/sugrivax-erp-6/sugrivax-cloud-acceptable-use-policy-aup-135 It is the Customer’s responsibility to review this AUP periodically. Continued use of SugrivaX Cloud Services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.

5. Reporting Abuse
