SASO is the national standardization body of Saudi Arabia. It sets regulations and technical requirements for products entering the Kingdom, ensuring safety, environmental, and health compliance.
🔹 SABER Platform
SABER is an electronic platform that manages the registration and issuance of conformity certificates for consumer goods entering Saudi Arabia. It connects importers, certification bodies, and SASO for faster processing.
Who Needs These Certifications?
Any exporter (manufacturer or supplier) who wants to ship regulated or non-regulated products to Saudi Arabia must register the product and get the necessary Product Certificate of Conformity (PCoC) and Shipment Certificate of Conformity (SCoC) via SABER.
